Abiquity Inc. - Canonical Identity Management

— BEGIN

Assess where you are.
For free.

AI assistants no longer just rank web pages. They recommend the businesses they can identify, understand, and trust, using machine-readable identity data rather than your marketing copy. If that data is missing or inconsistent, the recommendation goes to a competitor. This ten-minute self-assessment asks 32 plain-language questions across the eight areas that decide whether AI can verify your business. You receive a readiness score, your current level, and a ranked list of the gaps to close first.

— DISCOVER

Perform our Diagnostic.
Get clarity.

The Diagnostic is a $495 discovery report that shows what AI assistants say about your business, in their own words. Abiquity puts 12 real customer questions to three major assistants, captures every answer verbatim, and lists each error beside the correct fact. You get a plain verdict, the competitors named instead of you, and a dated baseline for measuring progress. The report is yours to keep, and the fee comes off your first month if you continue.

— STEAMROLLER YOUR COMPETION

True canonical identity service.
Manage the foundation.

You confirm the facts about your business once. Abiquity holds them everywhere machines look. We build one governed master record, bring up to fifteen surfaces per location into agreement with it, secure independent confirmation from registries and platforms machines already trust, and read every surface monthly to catch and correct drift at its source. You see a quiet portal and a monthly scorecard where every line traces to a dated observation. Multi-location groups get one record, one scorecard, and per-portfolio pricing.

— THE ONE SERVICE

Abiquity Identity.

The New Reality

There is a version of your business living inside machines right now, and you did not write it.

It was assembled from whatever the web could find: your website, your listings, directories, third-party sources, and information that may be outdated, incomplete, or simply wrong.

A few years ago people did most of the interpreting, and people are forgiving. We overlook small inconsistencies, fill in gaps, and work out what a business probably means.

Machines do that work first now, and they are far less tolerant of ambiguity. They identify, classify and compare. When your information conflicts, the system has to decide what is true, what belongs to you, and what it can trust.

More and more, a machine sits between a person and their decision, acting as the verifier. That role is already moving past recommendations and into transactions.

Uncertainty is expensive. A business a machine cannot place with confidence gets misunderstood, overlooked, or left out entirely. The clearer and more consistent your information, the easier it is for a machine to know who you are, where you operate, and what you offer.

What Does Abiquity Identity Offer?

We establish the canonical record of your business, publish it permanently under your own control, and hold every source that describes you to that standard.

We begin with a working session that settles the facts: legal name, exact address and suite, licenses and credentials, services, hours, and the relationships between your locations. You review it, correct what is wrong, and approve it in writing. From that point it is the canonical record, and it governs everything we publish on your behalf.

Your services belong in that record too, published as structured facts rather than marketing language, so machines meet the same clear description of what you actually offer wherever they find you.

No single fact defines a business. A name can be shared. An address can house dozens of companies. A phone number can change. But combine your name, location, services, credentials and relationships and you have something no competitor matches: a pattern or signature that fits your business and no other. The more consistently that pattern appears, the easier it becomes for a machine to tell you apart from everyone else and understand exactly who you are.

We publish it in machine-readable form at a single permanent identifier on your own domain, written directly into the page and readable without scripts. The record is hosted by you, not by us. It stays in place, in full, if our engagement ever ends.

Continuous Monitoring

Identity does not hold on its own, so this is continuous work rather than a project with a finish date.

Each month we check every place that carries your business information against the approved record. Sources are weighted by authority, because a state licensing board and an unmaintained directory do not carry the same evidentiary weight. Independent sources are counted separately from those that have copied one another, so you can see whether your address is confirmed by six distinct sources or by one source reproduced across thirty-nine sites.

Values that were once accurate are recorded as history and dated. Values that are wrong are corrected.

Where we hold the credentials, we make the correction ourselves. Where we do not, we submit the change to the publisher and keep verifying until it appears publicly. You receive both dates: when we submitted it, and when it went live.

Results That Matter and Make a Difference

In this new AI age, uncertainty does not announce itself. It takes you off the list quietly, in conversations you will never see, in front of customers you will never know you lost.

The businesses AI recommends are the ones it is certain about, and Abiquity Identity makes that certainty yours, so every question asked in your market becomes one you are eligible to win. That is where more customers and more sales come from, and it makes all the difference.

Abiquity Identity Services

What Abiquity Does

Abiquity does one thing: we make your business unambiguous to machines. When an AI assistant answers a question in your industry, it names the businesses it can verify. We build the single authoritative record of who you are, publish it in the language machines read, get it confirmed by sources they already trust, and then defend it for as long as you are a client.

We are not a marketing agency, and we are not a software tool you are left to run on your own. We build and maintain a layer that everything else stands on. Your advertising, your search presence, your reputation, and your standing with AI systems all depend on one thing being true first: that the machines know exactly who you are.

The work has four parts. We establish one canonical record of your name, locations, licenses, credentials, and history. We publish it as structured, machine-readable data so nothing about you has to be guessed. We corroborate it with the high-trust public sources that machines already believe. Then we defend it, month after month, against the small errors and contradictions that creep back in and quietly cost your customers.

How We Work

Our field is full of confident guesses. Vendors promise rankings they do not control, quote numbers no one can trace, and sell tactics built on speculation about how the algorithms work. We built our practice on the opposite rule: nothing we assert, recommend, or bill for rests on a guess. Everything traces back to something we observed.

Our diagnosis starts with what is actually published. We read the rendered page, the machine instruction files, the public records, and the live listings. Every finding is labeled by how we know it: confirmed, inferred, or contextual. Where the inputs for a number do not exist, we leave the space blank instead of inventing a figure.

We build on open, documented standards, not tricks. Structured data, verified registers, and corroborated public records hold up through algorithm updates. Tactics that exploit today’s algorithm break with tomorrow’s change, and we do not sell them.

We measure before the work begins and again after it is done, using the same fixed rubric both times. Progress shows up as movement in a repeatable measurement, not as an anecdote.

We are honest about limits. We control no search engine and no AI assistant, and we say so. What we deliver is the condition machines demonstrably reward: a clear, consistent, corroborated identity.

That discipline shows in every document we hand a client. Findings tie to observations, illustrative figures are labeled as illustrative, and claims stay within what the evidence supports. A practice that declares its assumptions is worth more than one that hides them behind confidence.
